As I read and watch the news, the more frustrated I become, with the distortion of reality. I understand that everyone's reality seems to be a little different, however when each news article I read seems to have a hidden agenda it makes me irate. I am dedicating this blog to sounding off on the things I agree with as well as those that I do not.
It seems there are more and more articles lately telling us what celebrities think about the upcoming election. Do these celebrities think we the people are not intelligent enough to do our own research, and make our own decision as to what we think would be best for this country? If you are lame enough to let a celebrity sway you then you have no right to complain when the country falls apart.
Secondly why does it matter how rich a politician is or isn't? Aren't they all rich to some degree? And why does it matter more this year than any other election year? Every four years two rich people fight to see who will be president. Does it really matter which one is more rich? Just because one is less rich then other, does this somehow makes him more relatable to the poor and middle class. NO!!! What a bunch a B.S.
Thirdly in this election why does one candidate have to prove his financials, while the other sits idly by. If one politician has to show his financials for X number of years shouldn't everyone in politics do the same? Why are there exceptions? And doesn't this mean that every politician should answer to where there money comes and goes? I am talking about all sides of politics. There should be no exceptions. Also why are politicians punished for being rich. Shouldn't they be judged by their record? I don't care how rich a politician is as long as their intentions are good and they can back up what they say.
Why does it always seem one political party always gets a free pass.
